ID Process
Developing a brand system isn’t (and shouldn’t) be based on aesthetics alone. The ID Process is rooted in strategy. I look at your brand’s core vision and values, personality and inspiration, as well as an audit of your target audience and peers/competitors. It’s necessary to get the whole picture of your brand and industry in order to develop a solid approach that is relevant, timeless and feels right for your brand.

ID / DISCOVER
Before I embark on design, I ask you a variety of questions from different angles, either directly or through a questionnaire, to help me dig deeper into the heart of your brand. Your answers and insights provide vital details that reveal your unique brand story. This stage begins the strong foundation we need to explore designs that properly appeal to your audience and express the brand vision.
ID / DRAFT
The next step is the drafting of strategically-aligned moodboards. Moodboards allow me to begin formulating stylistic directions to further understand your brand’s essence through visual elements.
From here, I can begin drafting an overarching visual strategy for your brand.
ID / DESIGN
Once we establish a visual strategy for your brand, I implement that direction into concrete designs that are reviewed, tested, and refined behind-the-scenes until we have a cohesive and powerful set of recommended designs for your brand.
ID / DEVELOP
Once I complete final designs, I will develop your brand system into downloadable, ready-to-use files and resources. All files are provided in an organized digital file system custom-made for your brand, ready for you to download, use, and share with your team.
